Job Description

An expanding Food and Beverage business seeks to recruit for the above position for its new shop, which is opening soon. This is an opportunity for people with long term vision to join a young business with potential to grow big and be part of the success story.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day running of the business
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Ensuring quality customer service Overseeing staff (training and supervising staff)
• Preparing reports and managing budgets for the restaurant
• Introducing strategies to increase turnover
• Overseeing stock levels and controlling food cost

Required Skills or Experience

The successful applicants will be confident, personable and enjoy customer interaction. You must also possess the following:

• Applicants must hold at least a first degree or HND.
• Leadership Skills (Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts and make decisions)
• Must be numerically inclined
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good problem-solving-skills
• Flexibility (Be available to work at all times) & Stamina, long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job
• Must be computer literate (Conversant with Microsoft Office suite)
