Job Description

• Perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the Chief Finance Officer.
• Assist in managing client accounts
• Create, send and follow up on  submitted client invoices
• Prepare and file taxes and statutory returns
• Prepare financial management reports
• Review and audit financial reports and statements, ensuring all calculations and data entries are correct.
• Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
• Assist the Chief Financial Officer in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
• Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
• Answer question and provide financial assistance to stakeholders and clients if need be
• Attend finance meetings
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and significantly cut down cost.

Required Skills or Experience

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration, accounting or related field
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Understanding of data privacy standards, integrity, honesty, customer-service skills
• Solid communication skills; both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the business priniciples and practises
• Superior attention to detail; organisational skills, planning, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, computer skills- particularly with spreadsheets and calculation softwares.
• At least 2 years working experience
• Unix/Linux Knowledge is an advantage
