Job Role: Branch Managers

Reports To: Head, Business Development 

Job Purpose: 

• To achieve the Branch’s profit target. 

Job Responsibility: 

The candidate is required to: 

• Develop business in a defined market to meet periodic budget targets 
• Organize and work as the leader of the team to achieve branch targets 
• Achieve the profitability of the branch 
• Efficiently manage the loan portfolio of the branch 
• Acquisition of new business as well as deepening existing customer relationships through effective and efficient customer liaisons. 
• Effective Liability and Asset Generation Management 
• Maintaining required service standards and operational efficiency. 
• Profit & Loss/ Balance Sheet Management 

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University
• A Professional qualifications/post graduate degrees will be an advantage
• At least five (5) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institution in Ghana.
• Managed a team of at least three (3) members successfully by achieving set periodic financial targets.
• Knowledge of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Management.
• Candidate should have knowledge of Nsawam /Nungua / Ashiaman markets.
