Job Role: IT Auditor

Reports To: Head, Internal Audit 

Job Purpose: 
This candidate shall be responsible for user administration on the bank’s applications, system audit, system certification, and income assurance. 

Job Responsibility: 
As the IT Officer, the candidate should be able to: 

• Undertake revenue assurance of the business 
• Manage access and user administration of the institutions core applications 
• Conduct operational, compliance, financial and investigative audits, as assigned 
• Prepares audit finding memoranda and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions. 
• Prepares and presents written and other technical information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner for distribution to management. 
• Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable University in Computer Science, Information Systems or business related courses. 
• At least one (1) year relevant experience in IT audit or control. 
• A Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
