Job Description

SKILLSET GHANA LIMITED is seeking a creative, hard-working and team-oriented individual to join the creative team in completing daily graphic design responsibilities. This individual will create visually impactful graphics from concept to production including, but not limited to, advertising campaign elements, social media graphics and additional marketing and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for ad copy, company logos, and digital graphics.

• Maintain and carry out brand standards across all creative platforms.

• Support the lead graphic designer in marketing campaign development including organization of photo shoots, campaign elements and overall creative direction.

• Support internal departments in creative development, including, but not limited to, signage, flyers, renderings, sales collateral, and more ·

• Assist the Creative Services Department (as needed) with other projects.

Required Skills or Experience

• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience working in graphic design and creative development

• Desire to learn and grow from constructive criticism and dialogue

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc...

• Experience working with print vendors and knowledge of pre-press production procedures

• Ability to work long hours, including some weekends and holidays
