Job Description

  • A reputable experienced FMCG distributor is seeking very hardworking, dedicated and competent individual as an Operations Officer

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bsc Accounting/BCOM/HND Accounting
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a FMCG
  • Provide support and service to grow customer base
  • Help achieve Regional Sales Targets
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Operational Reports
  • Very articulate  and pays attention to details
  • Able to work for long hours
  • Must be self-motivated and very timely in the execution of his/her duties
  • Must be able to use initiative
  • High sense of integrity
  • Computer literacy and good with Excel
  • Good working knowledge of an accounting software preferably Tally a plus
  • High sense of integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure and on Saturdays.
  • Excellent Record Keeping
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have a team spirit
