Job Description

• Guarantee the accurate registration and update of all sales contracts with customers
• Guarantee that shipping instructions received from customers are thoroughly examined, analyzed and communicated to the customers in case of any deviations 
• Ensure accurate registration of orders and relayed same expeditiously to the processing plant for planning
• Ensure the availability of right grades (quality and quantity) of finished products from the Process Plant for shipment to meeting customer’s satisfaction.
• Liaising with shipping lines to obtain right containers for stuffing by complying with the control standards
• Submit of accurate shipping documents to shipping lines, customs and allied agencies as per customer’s requirements.
• Maintain effective relationship between the company and related external shipping agencies and institutions.

• Collate and updating of stock of finished products in accordance with sales deadlines
• Ensure that balances on sales contracts are updated in the database
• Submit of reports on stocks (production, raw materials, finished products) and balances of contracts pending to the Head of Department
• Coordinating transport activities (evacuation of finished goods) and adhere to quality standards

• Keep record of all ISO 9001 : 2015 & 14001 : 2015 inputs
• Keep record of all quality requirement or parameters of all customers
• Update records for the provision of information to a successful weekly meeting of Production and the Sales’ team

• Process various invoices obtained from service providers for payment and alert stakeholders on any discrepancies
• Liaise with shipping lines to obtain accurate information on vessel movement and space booking
• Ensuring that internal expenses are within budget and any deviation is communicated to the Head of Department
• Coordinating transport activities (evacuation of finished goods) on quality standards

• Monitor the movement of shipping vessels to meet shipment evacuation plan
• Monitor Container inspection at the port prior to loading on board of stuffed containers

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of First Degree in Sales and Marketing from an accredited institution.  
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar function.

• Computer Skills (Advanced MS Office, especially spreadsheets and databases)
• Very good knowledge of SAP ERP System 
• Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics Management
• Good planning and organisational skills
