Objective:

Customers must be satisfied with the services provided by the company and this role is to make that happen by providing quality customer service with F&B in exchange for money.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking guest order
• Maintain a clean and hygienic condition for all small wares and service area.
• Obtain requested items from the storeroom.
• Maintain excellent grooming and appearance standard at all times
• Provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Collect payments from customers
• Prepare accurate sales report
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
• Report to management of irregularities and illegal activities.
• Helping in any area of the location when circumstances dictate.

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to work in a highly busy environment
• Mathematically inclined
• Good looking /Presentable
