Job Description

Objective:

To handle the receipt of all cash for service rendered. The position will require accuracy in handling cash, and to provide customers with gambling points in exchange for money.

Responsibilities

• Sell gambling points to patrons.
• To assist customers about game operations.
• Convert gaming credits to currency for gaming patrons
• Follow all gaming regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales report
• Provide excellent customer service
• To dress professionally and neatly at all times with excellent grooming.
• Report to management of any irregularities or illegal actions.
• Maintain a clean work environment (clean as you go)
• Helping in any area of the location when circumstances dictate.
• Responsible for participating in general cleaning of your location.
