Job Description

Principal Accountabilities 

• Process customers orders based on approved product supply authorisations (PSAs) 
•  Ensure that all operational and supply chain issues relating to the loading, delivery, storage and distribution of the company petroleum products are effectively managed.
• Ensure effective and efficient service delivery to customers. 
• Liaising with inspectors and agents such as customs to ensure vessel acceptability and successful discharge of the products to customers.
• Invoicing of customers and ensuring all product loading processes and documentation are followed and completed as per company and regulatory provisions
• Prepare and submit at the end of each working day, a daily delivery report to Head Office / Divisional Office accompanied by the relevant documents e.g. approved purchase orders, waybills and invoices.
• Co-ordinate product dispatches from ship to tank and ensure correct quantity is received and all relevant documentation is completed.
• Attend to operational issues that may arise at assigned depot or product supply location. 
• Prepare MIS reports and analysis on product lifting’s and stock levels as per periodic frequency requested.
• Any other duties that will be assigned by the operations manager.
• Knowledge, skills and experience 
• Degree holder with 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Depot / Warehousing, preferably from Oil Industry.
• Must be people oriented and have a strong customer service mindset.
• Adept in prioritising, multitasking and with the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Self-motivated and a good team player

Required Skills or Experience
