• Working hours: Daily 8h00 till 17h00 or as required to fulfill one’s responsibilities. 

Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing targeted acquisition strategies to create sustained demand for secured loans for private individuals and small business owners.
• Must participate in direct promotional activities at institutional and branch level with a focus on attracting a new pool of clients into the portfolio.
• Responsible for helping prospective clients to complete the application process for our vehicle asset finance product.
• Must ensure the institution’s promise of disbursing off-payroll loans within 72 hour is achieved.
• Attending to all client requests in a timely manner that exceeds client expectations.
• Responsible for meeting monthly set targets by focusing on growth in volumes and number of clients.

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree, Higher National diploma or above
• Must have at least one(1) year experience in a similar role
• Background in Insurance, Investment banking and credit)
