A reputable Aquaculture company is looking for a Farm Security Officer to join the team to provide security on the farm and safeguard the farm properties of the company.

A successful candidate will be mainly responsible for the security on the farm. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring tight security at the farm;
• Proper screening of visitors and seeking for approval before allowing entry;
• Monitoring and keeping records of visitors;
• Keeping records of staff movements in and out of farm premises;
• Preventing trespassers and unauthorised persons from entering the farm;
• Preventing the illegal and unauthorised cutting of farm trees;
• Safeguarding farm properties;
• Ensuring that proper security systems are put in place;
• Providing adequate and tight day and night security checks;
• Ensuring discipline on the Farm

Required Skills or Experience

• At least a SSCE/WASSCE certificate or related field.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Farm Security systems
• Knowledgeable in aquaculture farming(preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in reporting.
• Should be prepared to stay on the farm.
• Should be discipline
