<span style="&quot;:arial,sans-serif;" :11pt"="">Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated candidate for the position of WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR. Must be a fully qualified vehicle technician with excellent leadership skills. You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful fast paced workshop, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians.

• Handing out work to the Technicians to ensure smooth running of the workshop. 
• Liaison with the service department, and to be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public. 
• Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment. 
• Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly. 
• Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. 
• Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tuneups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. 
• Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings. 
• Supervise and ability to  undertake disassemble and reassemble parts.
• Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective
• Explain to clients their automotive problems and the repairs done on their vehicles.
• ​Technical: use of diagnostic equipment

Required Skills or Experience

• HND in Mechanicai Engineering (Automobile)
• 6 years' experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel
