Main Purpose
Primary role will be to lead in the management of the facility and provide excellent service and advice to customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
• Dispense medications in an accurate and timely manner
• Work with Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants to deliver excellent customer service
• Deliver health promotion programs as required
• Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures, legal requirements and Quality Care Pharmacy Standards
• Ensures proper storage of all medications including refrigerated items
• Supervise inventory control of pharmacy stock to an acceptable turnover in order to minimize the amount of expired drugs 
• Provide drug information, including adverse drug reactions and contraindications to clients
• Supervise monthly physical inventory process

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor of Pharmacy holder from a recognized University 
• Minimum of two (2) years registration as a Pharmacist with the Ghana Pharmacy Council
• Experience: Experience in community pharmacy, possesses administrative and management skills.
