A travel agency seeks to employ an experienced ticketing and reservations person to handle flight and hotel bookings.

Description

• Answer inquiries regarding different options for traveling
• Selling and issuing of ticket and making reservation for clients
• The ticketing officer would provide ticketing services to passengers according to their options.
• Be conversant with Amadeus software

Required Skills or Experience

• Not less than 2 years’ experience in active use of requisite software
• Should demonstrate good customer service and marketing skills
• Creative, innovative and entrepreneurial.
• Strong marketing ability with previous experience in the promotion of tourism products will be an advantage.
• Ability to produce professional written material.
• Good interpersonal and sales skills.
• Reliable and flexible.
