Position Summary

Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing:  plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Main Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production such as Quality inspectors, machine operators, and Fillers operators.
• Plan and achieve the target production volumes for the Line by properly planning the availability for syrup, ensure movement of empties and organize optimum manpower required.
• Ensure the General House Keeping of the plant and empties area are clean at all times.

Required Skills or Experience

• BSC Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• At least four (4) years working experience in similar responsibilities
• Preferably from the beverage industry

Competencies /Skills

• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Process.
• Knowledge in SOP Implementation.
