Position Summary

• Maintenance Engineering ensures streamlined operation of the Engineering department is alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
• The Maintenance Engineer oversees the planning, coordinating, directing, and managing maintenance designed to ensure continuous production of Company products, as well as providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the Engineering department.
• Maintenance Engineer develops implements and manages Engineering policies, procedures and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering department’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all machines.
• Practice asset management for machines and equipment.

Required Skills or Experience

• BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least ten (10) to twelve (12) years’ experience in similar responsibilities.
• Preferably from the beverage industry
