Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, creating and managing all client accounts, enhancing corporate relations that fall under the purview of the commercial manager’s portfolio.
  • Manage the contract administration process by negotiating agreements and agreeing on contracts terms with the objective of maximizing the profitability of the business with a key focus on meeting client needs.
  • Develop commercial strategies and lead
  • Ultimate responsibility for discussing and agreeing on commercial terms including pricing for commercial contracts.
  • Analysing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of equipment’s sold  
  • Review, scrutinize and developing operational process flows by discovering areas that are not in keeping with regulatory practices.
  • Constructively challenge processes and procedures aimed at improving service delivery and quality.

Required Skills or Experience

Functional Knowledge / Competencies
  • Must have extensive experience in contract management with Commercial truck and automobile industry.
  • Highly skilled in sales and marketing automobile and heavy duty commercial vehicles.
  • Must be computer literate i.e. Office applications
The Successful Candidate Must:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A broad experience of all aspects of project management and contract administration on a diverse range of commercial contracts from inception to completion
  • Excellent leadership skills
