Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Smart Agents in defined zones in Accra. The goal is to facilitate the Smart Agents’ activities so as to maximize their performance within the said zones.
 
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the sales activities of Smart Agents by managing their schedules, merchants recruitments
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Coordinate Smart Agents by managing their schedules and merchants recruitments
• Coordinate merchant application processing by Smart Agents with accuracy and timeliness

Required Skills or Experience

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator will be appreciated  
• Proficiency in English/Ga
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in driving the team to get results
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other relevant fields.
• 1 -2 years work experience in similar role.
• Must have completed National service.
• Ability to ride motor is a MUST
