Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing van sales team for a growing consumer batteries and torchlights brand
• The individual in this role would be responsible for reaching out to both old and prospective customers, promoting our product range, and guiding them through their purchase process.
• We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills or Experience

• Previous experience in FMCG, especially consumer batteries market is an advantage
• Previous experience van sales in Greater Accra area a must
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Impeccable customer service skillls
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivated, driven attitude
• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitudes
• Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
• Punctual, organized and with proven track record in sales
• Can drive with Valid driver's license will be preferred
• Able to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Knowledge of Route-to-Market planning and implementation is an asset
