Job Description

Our client, a reputable established Private Security Company in Accra, with operations in Man guarding, tracking & security devices, investigations unit, emergency alert systems and rapid response seeks to employ a General Manager

Job Accountabilities

• Plan, develop, implement and oversee operations
• Administer everyday operations and provide support to all operational projects and supervise working of all multifunctional teams (operations, marketing and finance)
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvement
• To oversee the day to day operations including the negotiations of contracts with prospective clients
• Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates , issues and recommendations
• Responsible for preparation of board and annual reports
• Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance, evaluation, promotions and termination activities
• Manager administrative, logistical, human resource and finance service to support the company 

Successful candidates must be ready to start work immediately

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate for the position of a General Manager must have a Master’s degree in any field related to Management from an accredited Tertiary Institution
• At least a minimum of eight (8) or more years’ experience in the security industry (Managerial position) is required
