Job Brief

We are currently recruiting a skilled female Cook/Housekeeper for the CEO, Founder of Alaffia, other executives of ATR Ltd’s customer and Alaffia visitors, in the absence of the CEO; to prepare delicious meal according to the menu and maintain the company’s residence clean at all time.

Responsibilities

• Be discrete and keep matters regarding the CEO, ATR and Alaffia visitors confidential
• Plan and organize the meal menu.
• Prepare meals under strict hygienic conditions
• Manage the menu of different meals during missions in West Africa
• Manage kitchen purchases
• Take care of laundry
• Keep the residence clean at all time

Required Skills or Experience

• Proven experience as cook
• B.E.C.E or A ‘Level; Certificate from a culinary school will be an advantage
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, bakeware, washing machine etc.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to speak French and English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel
