Job Description

Reports to: the Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary:

• The incumbent must be a Chartered Accountant with a practicing license or be eligible to acquire one. He/She will be responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the company's practicing license with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
• The incumbent will be required to supervise the work of junior accountants as and when required.

Required Skills or Experience

• Must be ICA (Ghana) Chartered.
• Must have a practicing license or be eligible to get one
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial information and make recommendations for operational improvement.
• Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
• Must be conversant with the tax laws of Ghana.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
