Job Description

Our client, a reputable Private Security Company with its head office in Accra and operating in 10 regional capitals, with operations in Man guarding, Bullion van services, tracking & security devices, investigations unit, emergency alert systems and rapid response seeks to employ Security Operations Managers for all its regional offices.

Job Accountabilities

Leads the regional team in the execution of jobs and business development
Responsible for marketing – prepare proposals and bid for contracts
Supervise and manage the activities of the company within your jurisdiction
Gives leadership and direction to attain cooperate goal and client satisfaction
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service of the company in your region

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate for the position of an Operations Manager must have a first degree or an HND in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution

Required Experience

At least a minimum of six (6) or more years’ experience as a Snr Supervisor or Commander in a private security company or organization is preferred

Skill Specification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to understand the activities of all the departments (Administration, Marketing, Finance and Operations)
Must have working knowledge of guard operations
Must be a self-starter, go getter, self-motivated and be able to work without supervision
Should have a valid driving or motor cycle riding license
