• MA1: Guarantee the expected plant availability to enable the achievement of the set production target
• MA2: Ensure that all the plant equipment is in safe working condition and pose less risk for accidents
• MA3: Ensure the availability and reliability of all the standby power generators, forklift, air compressor, pool cars and pay loaders
• MA4: Ensure a high level of motivation among the maintenance team for optimum performance 
• MA5:  Ensure good safety, health and environment practices
• MA6:  Ensure that the set STANDARDS are maintained to the standard required 

Required Skills or Experience

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Technology

Experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience 

Technical competencies

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Knowledge of machines and tools
• Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
• Knowledge of the rubber industry
• Solid computer skills
