Position Summary
The company is in search of an experienced, motivated and energetic Sales Manager to supervise, motivate, support and train its Sales team. He/She is also responsible for managing sales operations and performance of the assigned division.

Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will perform the following duties:

  • Managing sales operations for assigned division;
  • Supervising and providing effective leadership to sales team;
  • Forecasting, tracking and reporting on sales performance and targets;
  • Training the sales team;
  • Work with top management to devise sales strategies to achieve targets;
  • Analyse market conditions and make changes to sales strategies accordingly;
  • Work with the marketing manager to devise marketing strategies;
  • Report to management on sales activities.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage;
  • At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in automotive sales;
  • Proven track record of success in Sales;
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales team;
  • Outgoing personality and at ease communicating with sales team and customers;
  • Exemplary customer service abilities;
  • Highly motivated, energetic, aggressive and performance driven;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Possess a valid Driver’s license.
