Job Description

Organization Relationship
Directly reports to: Snr Manager, Finance

 
Job Summary
  • Coordinating Accounts Receivable and Credit Sales.
  • Cash Sales and Collections Reconciliation and Reports
  • Inventory managementOther duties.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinating Accounts Receivable and Credit Sales.

  • Maintaining Distributors Ledger Accounts to ensure that, Sales and payments are correctly stated.
  • Ensure that Credit Policy and Credit Limits are not violated.
  • Match Sales Values in the Accounts to the Invoices.
  • Match all payments to the pay-in slips.
  • Credit and Debit Notes are correctly made.
  • reconcile Territory Sales Reports.
  • Research, explain and resolve any variances.
  • Have good communications with departments of Sales, Logistics upon any material changes in the situation of financial position of our Distributors.

Cash Sales and Collections reconciliation and Report.

  • Reconcile the Territory Sales report to the Cash deposits and Inventory movements from logistics unit.
  • Investigate any variances between Cash Sales and Collections vs. Deposits.

Assist the logistic Manager in the inventory management.

  • Reconcile SAP System figures with the Logistic Inventory figures.
  • Assist in periodic inventory physical counts.
  • Co-ordinate between Finance and Logistic to ensure that all source documents are receive on time.
Other duties
  • In-charge of Office Petty Cash and coordinate Zonal Office Petty Cash.
  • Carry out Banking activities when necessary.
  • Maintain the Non-Current Assets Register.
  • Review monthly reconciliation for specific balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist with preparation of Financial reports to Head Quarter in DC.
  • Assist to review all processes and documentations to complete payments.
  • Any other job that main be assigned.
  • Assure confidentiality in handling business related issues.
Position Objectives
  • Ensure timely processing of finance, accounting, procurement and admin functions.
  • Increase cost-effectiveness of DKT operations.
  • Contribute to overall organizational goals.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Department in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills or Experience

  • BSc Business Administration Accounting / Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) year and ability to learn.
