Job Description

• Communicate with customers via phone
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Coordinate with the sales and medical team
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum HND qualification
• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to use computer and input data quick
• Must stay around Spintex and its environ
