Job Description

We are currently recruiting Independent Sales Associates in Kumasi for immediate employment. 

• Sale of company products; cakes, smoothies, spring rolls, pies, and other desserts. 
• Representing the company during events. 
• Closing contract deals with customers. 
• Assists in all facets of operational activity, including ordering / distribution, merchandising, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.
• Delivers fresh product to existing customers.
• Solicits potential new business and perform special projects and assignments as requested
• Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or Diploma
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Previous experience is a plus.
• Strong motivation to build customer relationships and achieve established goals.
• Excellent customer service abilities required.
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently
• Ability to professionally communicate, written and oral with external and internal customers
