Job Description

  • Provide quality marketing services in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Strategise and advice management on increment of patients attendance
  • Customer Care and Marketing services provided by the hospital
  • Following up on business opportunities
  • Digital marketing activities
  • Signing on new companies to hospital facilities
  • Maintaining good working relations with clients for referrals in future
  • Directing objectives to maximise profitability
  • Submission of periodic report to management on marketing
  • Contribute to planning and formulation of hospital’s policies
  • Strong leadership in marketing
  • follow up with calls for referrals to facilities of the hospital
  • Strategise and advise management on marketing
  • Organising of Corporate Social Responsibilities periodically
  • Meeting KPIs on periodic basis
  • Responsible for all marketing unit correspondences
  • Recommend with justifications subject to approval of operations and management.
  • Implement visible initiative to improve efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Other assignments/target benchmarks as directed by management and/or board

Required Skills or Experience

At least 2 years experience in Marketing and Customer Service
