Job Description

Our Ghana team is looking for a tour guide who can help us provide quality services to our customers. Being a fast-growing Tour Company with operations in Ghana and several other African markets, we are excited to welcome a new member to our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead travellers on tours within Ghana.
• Receive feedback from travellers and help improve our products.
• Report on current market needs and advise the company on how to constantly improve services.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture and tourism
• Ensure all tours are run with a high level of quality and that all client needs are promptly addressed.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or other Post-secondary qualifications in Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
• In place of an HND, equivalent years of experience as a tour guide may be considered.
• Must hold a Ghanaian Driver’s license and have experience driving on highways
• Fluent in English and Twi. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Even-tempered, with ability to satisfactorily answer Clients’ questions on a wide range of topics.
• Excellent knowledge of three of the following areas; Accra, Cape Coast, Volta Region, Eastern region or the Western region.
• Passionate about travelling in Ghana (including, long distances).
