Job Description

The position is responsible for developing business solutions, identifying profitable business opportunities, and securing sound business deals, and leading the business development team.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote Nimed’s products and capabilities to clients based on their specific needs. 
  • Develop investment pipeline for Nimed Capital funds through the identification of potential investees, marketing of Nimed Capital investment products and cultivation of relationships.
  • Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
  • Present new products and services to improve existing relationships
  • Responsible for developing and executing profitable business solutions, creating effective business plans, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for identifying company products and services that are underperforming and improving existing sales proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets 
  • Develop investment pipeline for the company’s fund through the identification of potential clients, marketing of investment products and cultivation of relationships.
  • Engage high net income earners and evaluated information for product design.

Required Skills or Experience

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience in product management and development, sales support, product support, investor relations, investor services or a similar role in financial services
  • Post Graduate Degree, or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
  • Completed Ghana Securities and Exchange Commission (GSEC) certification
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify issues and value drivers, and translate strategic insights into an appropriate analytic framework to achieve results
  • Demonstrated ability in influencing and leading change
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent client management and presentation skill
