Job Description

The position is responsible for carrying out planned sales activities to meet the target,  increase revenue and secure sound business deals.
 

What you’ll do

• Proactively identify opportunities to promote Nimed’s products and capabilities to clients based on their specific needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by building positive relationships 
• Provide a weekly schedule of planned sales activities
• Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve funds mobilization target
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients while maintaining an accurate and current client database
• Effectively communicate with the client to gain a commitment to invest in the various products of the company.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits to the client
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
• Be able to match appropriate product to client’s requirement
• Assist in making presentations and recommendations to individuals and institutional clients

Required Skills or Experience

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the capital market industry
• Completed Ghana Securities and Exchange Commission (GSEC) courses
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for superior customer service
