MA1 ENSURE AUTO-CONTROL OF PROCESS

• Ensure Production workers verify and correct all the critical activities that impact the quality of the products themselves using the Work Instructions, Forms, Standards or Procedures defined. 
• Do a daily audit of the process and alert in real time the Non-Conformity (NC) related to Work Instruction, Procedure, or risk of Contamination of products (tools box organization, foreign materials) to the Factory for immediate correction. 
• Ensure the record of all non-conformities at the end of the shift in the Non-conformity file.  
• Ensure that quality control activities defined at specific points and each point of the process are carried out by the responsible person at the post.  
• Contribute to the progress actions aimed at improving the quality of the products or processes of production. 
• Continue to Audit any NC seen and close the action after a satisfactory job is completed. 
• Participate in the MDP, as a responsible person for the quality actions on the MDP- board and contribute to the treatment of the such actions.

• Ensure all checks to be performed by quality controllers are done safely according to procedure. 
• Follow the Inspection and checking procedures and propose improvements. 
• Ensure the daily declaration of grades at the production floor were correctly done using the SIPH validated tools.
• Ensure the continual training and sensitization of the quality controllers. 
• Co-ordinate and organize staff and work schedules.
• Ensure sanctions, rewards to propose the training needs of all the Quality controllers to the Quality Control Manager. 

• Read the procedures, instructions and forms related to specification, processing, maintenance and stuffing and propose improvements.  
• Ensure that all forms are well filled by all workers within the factory perimeter. 
• Ensure that the control of trucks before entry of factory is done.
