Job Description

The Senior Q.C. officer would perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers, work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments, work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tests and inspect products at various stages of production process.
• Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Write reports to validate or indicate deviations from the existing standards.
• Ensure Bottler washer parameters are within Spec at all times. 
• Ensure Plant Hygiene, Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices are maintained at all times.

Required Skills or Experience

• Beverage experience preferred
• Degree in general sciences, food science, food technology, chemical engineering or a related field. (A post graduate qualification would be an advantage).
•  4 years’ work experience in the beverage industry with 3 years' at the managerial level.
• Excellent  knowledge production line unit process and maintenance practices
• Awareness of regulatory requirements
• Excellent knowledge of beverage industry process
