Job Description

The SE will work under the direction of the company mission and vision, or an officer designated board, and will be mainly responsible the sale of all the software products and services available in the company’s suite of service offering.

Responsibilities

  • To identify public/private sector software deployment opportunities, and close sales deals 
  • To create a marketing/sales plan for the company products and services
  • To carry out research to identify opportunities for software solution deployment and partnerships within Ghana
  • To create and design requirement documents for the development and deployment of software solutions
  • To validate and update requirement documents as project ages 
  • Sell the company’s software solutions to both government and private institutions.
  • To undertake such other duties as directed

Customer Service

  • Customer relationship management.
  • Maintains the present customers’ call sequence and frequency of visit.
  • Ensure adequate after sales support thereby reducing customer complaints and strengthening business relationship.
  • Ensure proper management of crisis with aggrieved clients.

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least 2 years B2B, B2C, or B2G software sales experience
  • A university degree or any accreditation in Information Systems/Technology 
  • Ability to respond to RFP
  • Knowledge of the telecoms industry will be a plus
