Job Description

A reputable bakery is seeking the services of a smart, performance oriented and experienced professional to occupy the position of a Kneader, Baker and Roller.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tends machines and equipment that automatically mix ingredients to make straight and sponge doughs according to formula,
• Moves controls and turns valves to adjust metering devices that weigh, measure, sift, and convey water, flour, and shortening into mixer, and that measure and dump yeast, vitamins, yeast food, sugar, salt, and other ingredients into mixing machine.

Remuneration

• A monthly salary of Ghȼ500.00 plus accommodation

Required Skills or Experience

• WASSCE/SSCE certificate
• A minimum of two (2) years working experience

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
