Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for attracting and maintaining customers by receiving and responding to customer requests  and enquiries; corresponding with clients to provide product and service support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers across digital platforms
  • Assist in placing and closing Customer orders
  • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products and  services
  • Respond in a timely fashion to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints 
  • Exercise professional customer service conduct

Required Skills or Experience

  • Required Education: Tertiary level    
  • Required Experience: At least 6months experience in similar role
  • Required skills: Customer Service, Problem Solving, Organizational Skills, Computer Skills, Listening Skills, Multi-tasking .
