Job Purpose
Responsible for attracting and maintaining customers by receiving and responding to customer requests  and enquiries; corresponding with clients to provide product and service support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receiving  and checking- in products or materials  
• Unloading boxes and transporting them for safe storage
• Maintaining records/ database 
• Operating warehouse equipment
• Maintaining inventory controls.
