Job Purpose
Responsible for attracting and maintaining, meeting a monthly target by executing  sales administration activities  and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 

• Interact with customers across digital platforms
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries
• Follow up all sales enquiries
• Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, and in association
• Record the progress of all sales leads and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed
• To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach set targets 
• Exercise professional customer service conduct

Required Skills or Experience

• Required Education: Tertiary level    
• Required Experience: At least 6months experience in similar role
