Salary : 1500- 2500

Responsibilities

1. Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
2. Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
3. Cook food in a timely manner
4. Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
5. Inform wait staff about daily specials
6. Ensure appealing plate presentation
7. Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
8. Monitor food stock and place orders
9. Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
10. Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
