Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Monitor accounting procedures and resolve any problems, including the ordering, processing and payment for all goods and services provided

Required Skills or Experience

Education

  • 1st Degree/ HND in accounting or a related field
  • ACCA 2/ ICAG Part 2

Experience: 
Minimum of 2 years and 6months experience in a similar role

Competence:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Ledger reconciliation of Ledgers
