Job Description

• Manage Sales team to achieve set targets and organisational objective
• Sales & Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation
• Policy Development and Implementation
• Spearhead the marketing effort/functions of the company to maintain a visible and active presence in the local and international market
• Monitor competition, business environment and industry trends and report to management
• Spearhead the preparation of Sales Reports, Projections and Analysis as required by the Management or Board of Directors
• Direct Sales operations to meet approved budgets and in accordance with operating manuals

Required Skills or Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Strategic Sales operations and portfolio management
• Proven technical knowledge and experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods laws
• Strong analytical, sound decision making and interpretive skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
