Job Description

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

This program provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates to engage with Social Enterprises and high-impact NGOs working to create social, economic and environmental change in aid of attaining national development goals.  Junior executives are paired with experienced career executives as coaches. This is our exceptional way to bring university knowledge and skills into practice. This help in boosting the careers of new graduates and also serve as avenue for securing employment with our host of partners.

Participants could potentially choose to participate in a range of program depending on their interest and skill set. We envisage that under the program, participants would volunteer a pre-determined amount of time (minimum 3 months). Participants would receive the necessary training, certificate and provided background information on the organization to be paired with.  Efforts would be made to prevent participants from unnecessary relocation from where they live. This engagement is non-paid. It is voluntary but builds the credentials of the participant. 

SENIOR EXECUTIVE PROGRAM:  This is open to individuals of variuos backgrouds who provide pro-bono services to Ghanaian NGOs and Social Enterprises.

The Ghana Philanthropy Forum and the Oxford Research Group Ghana run the program.

Required Skills or Experience

Candidates should exhibit the following;

• Have a tertiary education (Bachelor, HND, Diploma etc.)
• Fluent in the use of computers
• Willingness to impact Social Enterprises and NGOs with their skill and competencies.
