Job Description

The Set-up Manager is accountable for the achievement of the agreed organisational goals by ensuring the Set-up team is delivering high quality work in line with agreed policies and workplans and liaising with Regional Managers/the On-going Team in ensuring all Set-up activities are on track, there is a smooth transition into on-going activities and on-going activities are well-supported.

The Set-up Manager is also expected to work as part of the Ghana senior management team.

Required Skills or Experience

• You will have demonstrated experience of managing complex projects and coordinating larger team and in remote locations.
• With at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role and experience in developing and delivering training.
• You will have experience managing finances/budgets (high financial accountability).
• You will be a strong communicator.  
• Experience working in rural communities, working in primary schools and with Ghana Education Service and of reporting to international donors are all desirable.
