Project Summary The study will be carried out in 199 communities, reaching over 3,500 project participants including maize and soya farmers. The geographic focus will be in the Northern Region of Ghana, across 6 districts, including: Yendi, Gusheigu, Karaga, Mion, Savelugu and Saboba. The project aims at exploring and promoting the adoption of improved agricultural technologies, timely access to land preparation as well as accessing the output market among small-holder farmers in northern Ghana. The project will conduct an Endline survey for assessment in the selected districts. TraCTA is looking to recruit Field Manager on a short-term contract of 2 – 3 months to carry out the Endline survey.. The Field Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
