Job Description Job brief We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative bar and Restaurant supervisor. You will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all bar & restaurant operations including managing staff, inventory and resources, delivering a high-quality menu, planning promotional events, and implementing/maintaining procedures to ensure that the company’s revenue, profitability and quality goals are met. To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong business and financial management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to efficiently use resources to run a profitable business, oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll collaborate with Chefs, Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep & bar operations, and make sure we comply with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant & bar runs profitably and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
