Job Description

AfC is inviting applications from qualified persons for positions for Senior Research Analysts.

Senior Research Analysts, are responsible for supporting research and consulting projects in the firm through conducting field work, analysis and report writing.

Required Skills or Experience

Technical skills and competencies include the following;

• At least a Masters, or PhD in a social science field preferably in sociology, economics, development, education or other related fields with at least 4-5 years of research and/or consulting work experience.
• Have excellent analysis, research, writing, communication, gender/social inclusion and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work in teams, help facilitate and manage projects.
• Have a strong moral commitment to working on education, social and economic development issues. Strong ICT related research skills.
