Job brief
We are looking for Reservation Executives to effectively manage our reservations and guest communications, which includes day to day management of reservations – individual and small groups, efficient management of reservations within ASSD (property management system), and ensuring that all booking enquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner.

The ultimate goal for such candidates is to ensure that all of our reservations and enquiries are handled efficiently and swiftly, by providing fantastic BOHO customer service to all of our guests and potential guests, and in a way that aims for the highest occupancy and revenue potential.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with our guests to ensure that we have a full understanding of their needs, can identify possible sales opportunities and earn repeat business.
  • Process all online reservations accurately and promptly, all in line with our internal processes and to ensure that all of our guests receive exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Ensure that all specific reservation details are in a clear and concise manner.
  • Actively seek out new opportunities to upsell and cross sell our products and services to our guests, and also actively seek new ways to engage with potential guests.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business operations including the different types of room and respective prices, ensuring that a thorough response is given to customer enquiries.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent and professional English communication skills (both verbal and written). Knowledge of additional international languages, like French, Spanish, German, Czech etc will be a plus.
  • Good data entry skills.
  • An intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Willing to work flexibly including some weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Great attention to details and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to empathize with different guests' needs and cultures and react to them appropriately based on the company's standards.
  • Knowledge of additional international languages, like French, Spanish, German, of course Czech.
