Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of company’s products visibility through advertising and other sales promotion projects
• Ensure that all client acquisition objectives are met.
• Develop an effective strategic marketing plan for driving the sales of company products and services.
• Periodic – monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting to management of company sales and other construction developments.
• Arrange to meet clients to close sales.
• Acquire and effectively communicate responses to client questions. 
• All other duties that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing with three (3) years relevant experience in sales/marketing; 
• Articulate, persuasive and excellent selling skills
• Ability to tell trends in the Industry
• Outstanding negotiation, written and oral communication skills
